Improve OpenTable App experience
OpenTable is an app and online service that lets users easily book restaurant tables. Our case study aimed at enhancing the existing user experience by highlighting reviews from friends or contacts, as people generally trust restaurant recommendations from those they know. Our objective is to boost user confidence during the booking process and subsequently increase booking rate.
